 To insure Food Safety, Ibertejo have implemented the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) in accordance to Codex alimentarus standards and NP EN ISO 22000/2005 (“Food Safety Management Systems – Requirements for any organization in the food chain”),
Its in conclusion the process of Quality Management System Certification in accordance to NP EN ISO 9001/2000 (“Quality Management System – Requirements”) and the process of HACCP certification.
The rooms in the production area are conform the hygiene and safety legal requirements and are refrigerated to avoid the increase of product temperature.
The suppliers are submitted to evaluation based in the criteria Quality/Price. The proposal of this evaluation is to ensure the products quality that in addition to controlled procedures will ensure safe products to human consumption.
