 Ingredients: ½ leek, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tomatoe, 1 dl olive oil, 8 shallots, 1 dl fish stock, 1 turnip, 200gr Brussels sprouts, 1 Ibertejo packed fillets, parsley, salt and pepper.
Method 1 Cut the leek, the garlic cloves and tomatoe into cubes and sauté in olive oil. Add the shallots and parsley and pour the fish stock. 2 Cut the turnip into pieces and the Brussels sprouts in half. Leave to boil and add the fillets cut in to cubes. 3 Add the parsley finely chopped. Leave to stew for about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper if needed and serve |
